Recruit You're Most Excited About

Wonder why there was such a drop off in his (Bourque) senior year.. (not complaining) His JR year was beastly

very young and inexperienced team.. the only returning players on offense were bourque at rb, the tight end that played wr last year and the center. everyone else was very young. bourque still had a very good year.... many teams would stack the box against crowley, because he had no offensive help at all....

McNeil on defense, Bourque or CP on offense.. I'm excited to see Croom play, but I'm kinda nervous at the same time.. If something goes wrong, it could be drama city with his fam roamin these boards..

Oh I'm sure they did stack against him.. Hopefully teams in the SEC have to do the same...

VFL Award - Drae Bowles, Nathan Peterman
Elite Talent - Deion Bonner, LaDarrell McNeil

Yep^.. I think O'brien gets both of those awards for the defensive side! It's pretty amazing we hung on to him with everything going on here with the defensive staff shake up and all the neg recruiting out there.. Especially with an elite recruit who lives in Michigan! We really lucked out here..

A lot of these guys have a shot at being awesome.

About a dozen are in the same category as Justin Hunter, and there's no way I'd trade him for any WR in college football. 4* player.

And, we know the 3* can be just as solid. So, as far as stars go, it's a very respectable class.

I'm going with McCullers though. He represents the way I feel.... I'm tired of getting pushed around and ain't nobody going to push that man around.

After that, in terms of benefit for the program, I'm going with Jason Croom. If he's got half the spunk of his mom, the dude is going to be a team leader.

GBO!

Welcome to UT, Recruiting Class of 2012!!:hi:

I'm really excited over a handful of players. Cp,croom, and pig on o. Sentimore, mccullers, mcneil, and obrien on d. If I had to pick just one I would go cp. He will take this offense to the next level

This. We may not have had the best class rankings wise, but we definitely filled some needs with some STUDS. CP will take our O to the next level, McNiel is gonna lay the smackdown on folks, Bonner will shut down half the field, and McCullers will straight eat people

Croom and the WRs in general. I was worried about a talent void with Hunter, Rogers, Bray all leaving after next season, I think these guys can pick up right where they leave off and they all seem to have solid character. Don't want to have to worry about them nuking people for hamburgers at the pilot station or kicking off duty cops at some skanky night club.

I like the beef we added up front on D, McNeil looks like he could could turn into a real SEC head hunter given time.

THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These guys are going to make Bray look like a GOD!

His draft stock may have gone up more than anyone's today. He can sling it... so that's part of why we got them.

CP said in his presser that having other WR's was part of the attraction for him, since he knew that would prevent teams from always double-teaming him.

The thing is, we've literally got shifts of NFL-caliber recievers.

It's a toss up between McNeil and McCullers for me. McNeil has the makings of a potentially elite DB and McCullers......Jesus, the guy is massive.
