I understand there is all kinds of stupid in the world.

However, most elite players are not going to be stupid. They are successful because they accept any and all challenges and have a good support system. There are always exceptions but go ahead and compete in anything from sprints to checkers with most legit d-1 athletes and they will try to find a way to win. Why would they leave their college football development to some dude...
