This weekend's scrimmage vs. Montana should draw 100,000+. Is that a record for a scrimmage?
Just asking.

No. It won't break the attendance for past scrimmages against Vandy

Didn't bamer have like 342,000 at their spring game a couple years ago?

If the football gods are on there side and we get beat. There will not be enough crow to go around. I'm going to hold my,"I told you so" until after the game. Anything can happen on any given Saturday.

Don't flame me on this, I don't think there is a chance in hell we loose. I just don't want to end in the same shame as Michigan did.

God, I hope we don't loose.

For the record, I expect a much better game from Montana than what we saw from Martin or Western Kentucky.

No doubt.

I expect Tauren to carry us through large stretches of this game. So much youth. If things go pear shaped early, this could be a real test of character / professionalism.

All of you thinking this will be a cake walk I have to remind you, Montana is not UT-Martin or Western Kentucky. I'm not saying the game won't be a blowout but this team is better than both of those teams I just mentioned.

Don't forget last season either. We should have lost to UA-friggin-B.

If Matt Simms was still at the helm I'd be a lot more worried about this game. We aren't losing to Montana.

I agree. Crazy things can happen especially the first game of the season. Don't believe me? Just ask Michigan. we will beat Montana but I think it will be closer than everyone thinks. Probably not single digits but I do like Montana at +28.5.

Michigan was a top ranked team in the country, the situation is no where near that magnitude.
