New Jersey Private School Football. It would be like 1-A here. He was not ready for prime time. How? If he did he would have been ranked as high as them.
Throwing 8 million passes while going 2-8 doesn't show he is just as good as those two. lmao
This just shows how uninformed the JG bashers are. BC plays a national schedule with a few nationally ranked teams on it each year. Their schedule is always tough. Yall are really clueless.New Jersey Private School Football. It would be like 1-A here. He was not ready for prime time.
I know it’s tough when your pick doesn’t pan out. Happens to everybody eventually.
Actually it does. It shows just the opposite of what he’s being accused of. Consistency. 65% of an average of 43 passes a game is MUCH more consistent that 65% of an average of 20. You really need to get checked out man..... I’m beginning to worry. How? If he did he would have been ranked as high as them.

Obviously he didn't prove he was as good. If he did he would have been similarly ranked. He threw a ton of passes playing losing football. He should have some stats. He showed potential. He has a lot of work to do to reach the other guys you named.Actually it does. It shows just the opposite of what he’s being accused of. We dont know that because we haven't seen the other QB's in a live game ... i dont doubt he might look good in practice when he knows he's not going to get hit and gets a mulligan when he does it wrongJG is the best QB we have or he would’ve already been benched. Just let him be. He could be better, but he also could be worse.
You clearly have no idea of how the rankings work do you?Obviously he didn't prove he was as good. If he did he would have been similarly ranked. He threw a ton of passes playing losing football. So because they played with better players you would take them?Honestly I would take all of the above over what I've been seeing, I'm assuming you mean Rick Clausen hey he helped lead us to our last sec championship game
We'll just have to agree to disagree on them being better, and Casey's jr year wasn't his best but still threw for right @ 2500 yards I'm not sure if JG has come close to that. You don't know me and I like to keep it that way on here but I played for Coach Fulmer and know Casey really well and to compare the 2 is crazy talk.So because they played with better players you would take them?
JG has much better individual performances and much better natural talent.
So you just want a good team . None of them were better.
Yes Rick. But people seem to forget Casey in his Junior year was just as bad or worse than JG has been so far his Junior year.
Lol. Ok....... the rank of your school within your state has much more to do with it. You’re correct on those things but if your school is buried in the rankings then the players at said school get much less evaluation than those within the top 10. Which is why, if you’d payed attention to “The Opening” 2018 BM was said to be “a relatively unknown” coming in. So no.... he wasn’t “deemed inferior”. They just didn’t know much about him until he blindsided them at “The Opening”.Yes. Obviously more than you. Camps, regular season games, all-star games, and potential all are weighed.
BM was deemed inferior to the others you brought up.
11 TDS and 7 ints with a 132 rating and terrible ypa and completion percentage. We'll just have to agree to disagree on them being better, and Casey's jr year wasn't his best but still threw for right @ 2500 yards I'm not sure if JG has come close to that. I'm not bashing JG he's just not as good as you feel he is but man your a fan and I respect that
You nailed it, the game has never slowed down for him. We can blame multiple systems or OC’s but the fact is he is reading the same defenses with every different OC he has had. It’s not like specific coordinators teach it differently because a corner blitz is a corner blitz, cover 2 is cover 2...My son played QB...I’m no QB guru but I do look for some things. There were a lot of tell-tale signs that led me to believe the problem didn’t lie exclusively with the O-line last year. The OC situation hasn’t helped, but his skills are very basic, or undeveloped. The same mistakes are being made in his 4th year on campus....feet, pocket awareness, TOUCH on the ball, and most obviously pre-snap reads and progressions. Any one can hamper a kid, but he’s dealing with multiple problems. And the game still feels very fast to him it seems.
I stand corrected....I’d been told otherwise, and I apologize. Should have checked on it myself. This just shows how uninformed the JG bashers are. BC plays a national schedule with a few nationally ranked teams on it each year. Their schedule is always tough. Yall are really clueless.
Jarrett Guarantano's huge game not enough as No. 18 Bergen Catholic falls to No. 12 IMG Academy, 59-47
The numer 18 team IN THE COUNTRY was like 1-A here? lmaoooooooooooo
I still do not believe JT or Maur could be any worse than JG.
You literally couldn’t even call pass plays in the 4th quarter of the BYU game. How can anyone be worse than a QB who isn’t good enough to call pass plays with? Lol.
