Personally i think its Saban. Throwing a bone to his last DC. And heck our tds we put on them make us as qualified to almost be ranked as any .500 team lol

We should be in the top 40, now. I believe that's how it works. You have the top 25 and then the teams receiving votes are 26 through 40 or however many teams they show receiving votes.

My guess is Odom from Missouri, we play them next so the higher we’re rated the bigger fruit he harvests if he wins.

SDS just recently ran an article where they had updated their team projected bowl destinations and they have UT going to the Outback bowl. REASON: We would be coming off a 4 game win streak, have momentum and we travel well. At least it's a New Years day Bowl. I'd take this scenario all day!

But it’s funny looking back, everyone thought Florida was garbage because they were beat by Kentucky early on. They then went on to beat us and many others, working their way up the top 25. Then WV, GA, Bama are all top 10.

I by no means am saying UT is ready to challenge Bama for the NC, or that UT isn’t getting their due recognition. But at the end of the day they haven’t performed terribly overall this season esp giving the circumstances.

Mainly in the beginning. The more the season progresses, the more our team is coming together and the better our future looks, jmo. To his credit, He did say "overall"
