If we can learn to stop the run, get our O Line healthy, get our receivers open & stop missing tackles we will be legit. I think we are closer than everyone thinks. Pruitt has seen our roster and even coached against us...He knows what we have better than the rest of our coaching prospects.

Everyone says we are rebuilding once again, but is this truly a rebuild or just an upgrade? Butch had good recruiting classes during his tenure, but was just too incompetent to win consistently with them. So, do you think Pruitt can win immediately with the talent pool he will be handed, or will it take a year, or possibly more? This is, of course, assuming that he lives up to seemingly high expectations.

Think about this, Muschamp took a Gamecock team that was supposed to be "rebuilding" and they won 8 games this year. I would think Coach Pruitt is inheriting a better team then what Muschamp got. Not ripping the Gamecocks but Muschamp did a great job with a team that is younger and less talented then what we have. If CP can develop what we have I think we can win 8/9 IMO

The jury will still be out.. I know he is a good defensive coach but will he get a good offensive coordinator. I hope he utilize my nephew the right way because Brandon easily could have had 800 to 1000 yards if they let him stay on the field and use him right.

We were the 12th most "talented" squad in the nation last year (5th in the SEC, 2nd in the SEC East).

If Pruitt is able to rescue the 2018 Class, we will still have plenty of talent. If there is an improvement in the play-calling and a decrease in injuries, I think we will be just fine and would need maybe at most a year to "rebuild".

Who he brings in to build his staff will be of the utmost importance. He has shown he can work wonders on the Defensive side of the ball. If he can get a solid OC and lets that OC call plays based on the talent we have, I'm optimistic for our future.

This is a 3 year rebuild at the very least, due to lost talent and not developing talent.

I think it's a partial rebuild. We have decent, but underdeveloped talent on the roster. If Pruitt is the guy, he will get 7 regular season wins out of this group.

Too late to salvage this class, it will take some time for Pruitt to replace the softies that contributed to an 0-8 SEC season

This agree. It is not at the level when Doolander took over after Lane left but we also do not have UGA type of depth When Kirby took over the Bulldogs. OL depth, DE depth, and speed at LB need to be addressed ASAP. I do like our play makers at WR and RB.
