Just looking at raw numbers off ESPN here, but UM is 303rd in the country with 31.9 rebounds per game.

Put Rich on Stauskas and play our game inside with Stokes and Maymon and Martin will equal the best season ever in the history of UT basketball.

we will have to out rebound them 2 to 1 like we did Mercer if we let them shoot around 50 percent too, to have any chance of winning!! Who cares right now we are going to the sweet sixteen!!!

Well smash Michigan on the boards.,Watched a bit of their games and believe we win big. I see Michigan and see a more athletic Duke....live and die by the three but soft in the middle. Maymon will have his hands full but Stokes will be unstopable

Just glad they don't have McGary healthy. They do live and die by the 3hope to get past them and head to our 2nd elite 8! Our players are hungry!

We'll get our rebounds, it's the scoring that concerns me. Richardson is on fire - can he keep it going? I predict if we shot less than 15 3's then we win. 15-24 and it can go either way. 25 or more and I don't like our chances. McRae and Richardson can slash to the rim at will it seems. Take it hard to the hole and the defense rotates to help and the S&M brothers rebound every miss. That combination can carry them all the way to a NC!

GO VOLS!

Our perimeter defense needs to be better than it was tonight, but it's doable.

We once again shot poorly from deep, 6-22 for 27%. If we can get hot from 3 and shoot 40-50%, play defense like we have and rebound like we have...we can definitely beat Michigan.

I honestly thought we were "hot" from beyond the arch. This isn't a great three shooting team but most of our shots were quality three's. Great game, great hustle, even greater intensity, tonight is the best crow I have tasted in a long while.

We hit enough 3's tonight. Gave too many uncontested 3's away. They'll need to tighten that up against Michigan. They can shoot..

Maymon is going to have to guard G.R. III. That's going to be tough matchup. I wouldn't be surprised to see Moore match up on defense when the chance to sub comes up.

That's the thing, we weren't, and we haven't been. When this team gets hot from 3 you see the Virginia result, a 35 point win against a 1 seed. I don't know that it'll happen, but if this team shots 40+% from 3 against Michigan, and plays like they have, they'll win by double digits.

Very true, and not to degrade our offense but I used the term hot because I don't think that is our identity. What we have found is a remarkable ability to play together as well as hustle that even Dane Bradshaw would be jealous of.

maymon on gr3 will be interesting and I believe moore is going to have to play more in this game. gr3 is too quick and can shoot from the outside something maymon struggles with now. Maymon before the injury id argue differently
