always stay til end of games. I haven't yet determined why one leaves early. Some leave at halftime, every game. Some leave at 3rd quarter, every game. Some leave as soon as they determined game is over, either way, every game.

Not sure why people like that waste money and time going.

I travel across the state. I tailgate. I cheer. But above all, I go to games for entertainment. Once the entertainment is over, I leave. If that's before the end, so be it.

I've never understood why fans stay at a game pissed, cursing, and being down right miserable.

To each their own I suppose.

There will only be the 3 of us and the bammers singing at the end if it isn't a good game. This team better play hard till the end or it will look like a ghost town in Neyland.

DO NOT....I REPEAT..DO NOT leave this game early no matter what the score is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:clapping::clapping:
When, and if, bama wins and they start that rammer jammer crap, if our band doesn't do something, then the fans need to start chanting something to drown them out. They can't take over our stadium like that. I don't care if we just scream and yell, or whatever. :realmad:

Everyone, tell the people in your section to stick around till the end as well. When you see them get up to leave let them know what happend when they left in 2008.

If I remember, in 2008, the PA system played something loud during the game every time they would start in with their bammer crap. Hope they do it again. I'll be there, w/o a voice by the end. Happy as can be if we win, Mad as ... well you know if we lose.

truly an embarrassing moment in vol history we can do one thing as fans that's show up and support to the end.

I've never understood fans pissed about a game they have no control over or cursing or being miserable... makes no sense to me to get that way. it is entertainment, as you mentioned... nothing to get mad about

It is more than a game to some of us. We care so deeply about our team that it grips us. We are the happiest/proudest people on earth when we win, and it nearly kills us when we lose. We are devastated on those bad Saturdays, but are right back the next week cheering and expecting the best. It is more than just a game or entertainment.
