5150 = interloper. What do we do to interlopers? Ignor them. I hate when people use Vol in vane. What a homer.

I've said it one hundred thousand times....not sure where you've been.

Butch was the obvious choice, but man, any of the usual suspects would have been a much smarter pick than LK. He should have never been interviewed. Funny how he was not good enough for UW, but he's good enough for us.

Just wake up? This is old news. Your post had some meaning last November. Now, it's just out of place.

What do hope will happen with the Vols?

This whole thread is a rerun.

I agree 100%. But it starts everytime someone continues the myths that surrond LK's hiring. Some people still think he won the NC as OC, and that is incorrect. Then they go into, "well, what was Phil's record" all over again. They forget that the SEC has changed, and the days of hiring an unqualified coach SHOULD be over. If we're going to spend millions on someone, lets at least do it on an individual that has a decent resume.

Man, I hate to break it to you, but the only person afraid of LK is Hamilton.......and he's just afraid LK won't keep his mouth shut & will continue to make himself look stupid.

Dumb post, go find a new team to root for. Obviously you have nothing good to say about our vols

I'm sad that Kiffen has already started out trying to pun on Meyers. What he said was not true. I hoped that he left his "lies" in Ca but I'm now affraid that they have landed here in TN. Hopefully his daddy can take care of him and get him straight. :the_finger:

He's here now. It's done. What good are you doing continuing to constantly complain about it? You are absolutely the most annoying poster I've ever seen in my time at VN and the 1st to make the ignore list of a very tolerant person. Have a nice evening. :hi:

Post 1000 was very satisfying I might add.

I personally love how all of a sudden UF, Bama, and LSU fans are all up in arms over Kiffin. Seems to me if they REALLY thought UT wasn't gonna be a factor they wouldn't even bother talking about us. Truth is they are all nervous because they know what the potential is for UT. We pulled a 5* from LSU, 2 4*s from the almighty Urban Winer, and came close to some of Bama's recruits with only having 1 1/2 months to recruit. They all know what it's gonna be like to recruit against Kiffin and UT from now on and they are nervous. I say Bravo to Kiffin. Go get'em boys.

Tennessee better get ready for some beatdowns !

I'm sad that Spurrier has already started out trying to pun on Kiffin. What he said was not true. I hoped spurrier left his "lies" in FL but I'm now afraid that they have landed here in SC. Hopefully his wife can take care of him and get him straight. :the_finger:

How come they didn't come down on Spurrier when he accused Kiffin of cheatin. I don't recall Hamilton or Kiffin crying like a little b*?#h to Mike Slive about those comments. Meyer likes to do the shovin but when someone shoves back he shows his true colors.

Where does CLK get off? Attacking Meyer and then taking a shot at Saban? You have got to be kidding me....what nerve.

I will be the first to give you credit where credit is due, but CLK has not proven anything yet. I understand that he wants to get the fans excited but this was an immature, classless act.

Meyer and Saban might forgive but they will not forget. This year will be very difficult for the volunteers in the swamp and at Tuscaloosa.

First 3 Years of Recruiting:
Kiffen (1st yr-17th, 2nd yr-?, 3rd yr-?)
Saban at Bama (1st yr-10th, 2nd yr-1st, 3rd yr-1st)
Meyer at Florida (1st yr-15th, 2nd yr-2nd, 3rd yr -1st)

Roll Tide Roll !!!

Immature and classless is comparing a loss to UL Monroe to national catastrophes. - Nick Saban

The loss to Louisiana-Monroe, in which Alabama was a 24-and-a-half-point favorite, was particularly embarrassing. It caused Nick Saban, in some convoluted and hyperventilated statement, to compare the defeat and the need to rebound from it as being in the same vein as a few other notable disasters: “Changes in history occur after some kind of catastrophic event. It may be 9/11, which sort of changed the spirit of America relative to catastrophic events. Pearl Harbor kind of got us ready for World War II, and that was a catastrophic event.” :hi:
