If Hardesty wants to go let him.. He is still young and as far as I can tell we dont need him.. He shows flashes, but then he gets hurt. We've got that Cooper boy for a thunder type back and we are supposed to be looking at that Taureen Poole guy so. I really don't care abt. Hardesty..
This is what a power back looks like:
J-train
Foster is a large finesse back that has a good runners sense. He is just a hair too slow for the SEC defenses he sees weekly (compared to Mcfadden or Holliday).
I'd still take Foster over many of the other backs in the SEC. I'd put him 3rd or 4th on my list. It is hard to say with Holiday due to his size and he hasn't proven anything yet except he can fumble and run real fast.
1. McFadden
2. Moreano
3. Holliday
4. Foster
5. Hester strictly a workhorse.(great numbers due to overtimes and his team being good)
i was saying the same thing as the thread starter last night when i was watching the game. he shows a lack of confidence with those kind of plays. good backs turn on the juice and stare at the endzone with determination. it looked like this was going through his mind "oh catch it catch it catch it, got it, oh god. what do i do? run, run, oh i'm not gonna make it it's too far, i'm not gonna make it, where is everyone? oh sh*t here he comes, hes coming, hes coming, hes coming, aaaaahhh"
