Think about it. If Currie parts with Butch right now, he loses leverage with Sexton. If Butch is gone, UT "needs" a coach and the money for a replacement goes way up. No, we don't want Butch back, but no sense in giving sexton the upper hand. We have bargaining power while we have a sitting coach. Might be wishful thinking but I'm hoping Currie is being very calculating here.
