I don't see why anyone would care about this one way or the other. Yes, it is a trite move in the direction of political correctness... but it's just as silly to let something so insignificant bother you. Liberals love to be politically correct and conservatives love to feign outrage over pc culture. They both should have more important things to worry about right now.

Lol you think I’m legitimately bothered and my everyday life is affected in some way by this? I’m literally just pointing out how dumb I think it is....

I didn't speculate as to whether or not your "everyday life is affected in some way by this", nor do I care, but you did take the time to create a new thread over it. You are either triggered, or really bored. I don't care which one it is.

I need educating. Are they upset because the sabre handles are curved like some walls on campus? And someone links those curved walls to hiding the slaves from public view? These walls have been there 150 years and still standing?

Exactly. They’re lumping so many things under the same umbrella that it seems they have no idea what’s racist and what isn’t.
