Obviously, CBJ isn't going anywhere for two or three years. The current financial situation will not allow it.

But, we could see some changes at coordinator positions and/or position coaches.

I doubt DeBord goes anywhere considering he just signed a contract.

Jancek? Martinez? Mahoney?

Are these guys safe? I believe after this season (5-7 or 6-6 realistically) Jones is going to be forced to make changes.

On to our opponents. Georgia and Alabama are going to beat us most likely. That sets us up with 5 losses. We should beat everyone else. Mizzou, UK, Vandy, NT, and South Carolina but we'll probably drop one.

6-6 will definitely be underachieving, but it will show whether or not the team is going to quit or come back to work each week.

Where do we go from here?

And yes, I'll be in Neyland every Saturday that there is a game. I've put up with the past 8 years and the 3 losses this year, so I'm not going anywhere.

We have to fire Debord. He's awful. And whoever is the offensive line coach. I'd fire him, rehire him,, just so I could fire him again, he is so bad

CBJ would look like a rock star if we don't fumble or make a catch on 4th. It is obvious that injuries have us hamstrung.

I flat out would love to see a change in our secondary coaching. Some adjustments on D worked ok (Bynum) but we play so soft and always allow a big play when we can least afford it.

Mizzou and KY are better than that Arky team that beat us tonight. The only two teams that may be worse ate VANDY and uscjr. We could possibly only win two more games this year. This team is fragile!

From here I go fishing. Or squirrel hunting. Haven't decided. But Saturdays are open now.

If Towles doesn't play well, Kentucky is dreadful on offense.

We need an OC who can bring in a system that actually puts touchdowns on the board so we can re-energize the fans and maybe actually win games (unless we have the second coming of Sunseri on defense again)

This "infallible" system Butch brought is the worst thing since the Clawfense. If it wasn't for special teams tonight we would have been blown out by a team that just won their first SEC road win in 3 years

Could just about Put the names in a hat and draw them out to find their new position to coach the rest of the year - it doesn't matter, they are all clowns at the moment. Whatever it is, please try something instead of just stand there and tell us "again" how much you hate to lose

Ride the wave of mediocrity until hopefully Hart and Butch are promoted to alumni.

Then the real questions begin.

Will the powers that be actually care enough to make a solid hire and not a no name cheap salesman.

I can't speak for anyone else but I've already paid a lot of money for pretty good seats for the Georgia game and I will be there and at a tailgate getting drunk and having a good time as always. My heart dictates that I cheer for Tennessee and so I always will. I know there will come a time when watching our games won't be the horse kick to the groin that it is now.

Butch needs a proven OC to come here and run his own system, someone dynamic. I am dying to see something different from the offensive concept that came here with Butch Jones. I hate our brand of offense so much.

Who coaches the quarterbacks? Given the lack of progress Dobbs has made as a passer in two plus years, I would fire that person.

The offensive scheme is fine. We need ball players that can catch other than Smith and Wolf. We need to hold on to the ball in crucial situations. Dobbs fumble last week and P Williams fumble this week were devastating.

Honestly I think we might limp our way to 6-6. Thats a huge step backwards IMO, but it is what it is. We absolutely need a new OL coach, OC and DC. Butch is going to have to clean house regardless of what happens from here on out. With our stable of coaches, I highly doubt we ever see more than 8 wins.

Nick Sheridan is who it is, just came on this year, so can't blame him much. DeBord also works with the QB's some. It's sad that Dobbs has regressed as a passer, we may be looking at a 2 QB system from here on out.
