I would have been pretty happy with Brohm. Liked him over pretty much anyone else we talked with including Leach. I'm very happy with CJP though and feel very good that we've found our guy. I believe his staff is better than what Brohm would have put together. I just hope we can put points on the board.

Depends on who you ask. I think 80-90 percent of Vol fans would take that, give the past 10 years. In fact there will be multitudes bemoaning the fact that Phil and Davenport nixed the Leach hire after we start 2-6 next season. Book it!

Exactly. There are those here that would want Pruitt fired with a 7 win season. Complain about his Bama roots ad nauseam . Some want him gone now.

What I’ve seen in Pruitt so far is a guy that was born to coach football. His football resume is better than the last 3 coaches we have had. Only difference is head coaching experience isn’t there, but I’ll take that.
