If there's a good enough reason, yes. It should be almost like a repeal in court, you give your reasoning , and if it's deemed good enough you're eligible.

When Barnes was hired, pickens were slim and we were desperate for front court help. Kasongo isn't without talent. He just isn't quite as talented as the people who influence his decisions seem to believe he is. Combine that with being a flake, and you get a career ruined by instability. His "mentors/advisors" are terrible for him.
