He has a lot of basketball connections and knows where a lot of players are going to school before most people do. I don't know about this but he does have a good track record of accuracy.


I'll just say I like the way her team plays defense not much on offense but they get after you on the defensive end of the court.

Every day it seems like some insider is tweeting about information they received in who the next coach is going to be. I think we are all, me included, just choosing and picking the ones that support our point of view. Who knows which coach will be next in a hot scoop?

Agreed what if it’s some pick like Dawn Staley that no one expects LOL I am not saying it is her and I’m not saying that’s who I want I’m just saying it’s a possibility and if Fulmer knew he could get attendance (as she has obviously shown), get season ticket holders up, while checking some other boxes... wouldn’t that be crazy? Lol

Again I’m not saying it’s going to happen I’m just saying it’s crazy that this is a possibility because none of us actually know lol

I would LOVE Dawn. Or Vic. Don't think either one will be hired though. Wonder if Kim would be available? Jeff would be good too.

Do you know how much LV nation would explode if Kim Mulkey was hired a strong woman... from the south and adored Pat. I don’t see it really but if she isn’t happy with Baylor athletics department then maybe. But I don’t see it.

But the crazy thing is it’s a possibility lol although an unlikely one but still a possibility it’s not a possibility until the decision is made lol

Would love to have Kellie. Don't want Dawn Staley under any conditions. Think the recruits who value Tennessee history would love to know that a dedicated, outstanding, VFL would be their coach. Love the passion of Kellie. Believe she will get the best out of each and every player. She is as much like Pat as we would ever have.

I love Kim Mulkey. I was watching their game yday. She was still yelling at her players when they are up over 20 points in the 4th period.

I think that’s the worry everybody wants her to be much like Pat and there was only one of those... Same with Geno. If Kellie is a good coach let it be she was instilled with Pats principles and her passion rivals pats but she has learned the game of the athletes of this time. The one thing I would have hoped CHW learned from Pat was when she went out and went to other coaches and updated her offense.

Bob Knight said Pat would come sit down at the table at coaching conventions and other coaches would be shooting the breeze and she was so laser focused she would change the subject back to ball and get salt and pepper shakers as players running plays😂

Nothing personal toward anyone and please forgive me for being a little irritable this morning but I have lived in the South and Southwest for over sixty years and I have never met anyone I would consider a weak woman. I'm sure we will hire a "strong woman" (if we hire a woman). It's just one of those just-talking-not-really-thinking phrases like "sustainable" that I would get rid of if I could. Again my apologies.

Looks like you're happy with mediocrity. Dawn Staley would be a grand slam hire. A VFL does not equal success. ie....Holly Warlick.
