I imagine if we put up a good number of points on WKU and UCLA we'll crack the top 20

The media loves Notre Dame its almost unbearable Its like they go 7-6 and they are on sportscenter 3 nights out of the wk. give me a break. damn catholics

Beat WKU like we should, beat UCLA by at least 17 or so. Most people would want to see a ranked matchup between UT and UF. So basically I think the voters will be looking to see if our offense has improved and how much. We score in the 40's or 50's and blow out WKU, then score in 30's beating UCLA by 17 and I say it would be hard for us not to be ranked...especially with all the pub from CLK in the offseason. Voters will be looking to see if Kiffin backs up his talk which could lead to us rising faster than average if we show good imo.

I think we have to be 4-1 after Ohio with decisive wins over WKU, UCLA and Ohio. Plus staying fairly close with UF and not getting blown out.:yes:

I'm just saying victories, not blow outs of WKU and UCLA. If that happens I think we may not break the top 25 unless we are 4-1 after Auburn. What say you?

I think if we beat UCLA and show a strong offense we will break in to the top 25...Voters are unsure because of a new coach and the quarterback position. Good showing from both of those in the first two games and we will be in...Play Florida tight (10 points or less) and we should be in the top 20...

Obviously if we beat Florida we'll be ranked. Otherwise I don't see it happening until and if we're 4-1 after the Auburn game.

This is one of the reasons we have all new coaching this year. We don't want to get use to seeing UT missing from the Top 25 and neither did Mike Hamilton.

I think everybody around here is overlooking UCLA. There gonna be better this year vs. last year .IMO

I think we have to start out 3-0 to crack the top 25, but I don't think we beat Florida....After a convincing win against Ohio and Auburn if we can beat them I think we get in, we need to beat some good teams...WKU won't help us much
