Ranking the fastest guys on the team

He is probably the fastest on the team. If you had seen him play, I think you would agree.

Is Preston Williams on the team?

If yes he still isn't one of the fastest. He is 4.5-4.6 type speed. Still plenty fast and a long strider.

When we were recruiting Williams, I thought I remembered a few reports saying that he wasn't the fastest guy in the class but he more than made up for it with his size, hands, route running, and body control.

Just fyi, both can be pitch or dive back in the two back set. You have seen four minutes of a practice vid, doesn't mean you know the ins and outs of the offense. Go on.

Well no ****. I have your captain obvious trophy in the mail. It should get there about the time you get a life. Now for anybody that wants to answer my question, it was "based on what we've seen or the evidence available" has anyone seen anything to make them believe Kamara is actually faster than Hurd. As stated in my original post this is an honest question because I know it's the perception, I just don't know why.

4.6 at the opening. I have seen him play. Top end speed is not his game. He moves really well and he is not slow esp for how hes built. But he is not as fast as foreman, justin martin or emmanuel. You have no idea what you are talking about

Really hate that we lost Michael Williams. I think people forget he was our starter at CB for most of last year up until the "incident" and talk about fast.......

Honesty question. I keep hearing what an incredible athlete Malik Foreman is. What keeps him from getting on the field - CB/Nickel/PR/KR?

Thanks

In a team race, my money is on Evan Berry!

jmo Hurd may be faster 40+ yards. Kamara is fast and quick. Hurd plenty fast straight line. Kamara gets going faster which is important for a running back. Hurd is still a beast though.

He barely made that run too lol

Not saying he isn't fast. His quickness is up there with the best. But I've neve seen him run away with it or really break free and turn on the jets.

I would say pig IS one of the best at running through traffic without breaking stride tho.

Read online somewhere that Hurd runs a 4.37 40. Not sure if that's official. I think that is close to what Foreman runs.

^^agree with Kamara being possibly having better acceleration. Probably quicker. Oour backs complement each other so well.

If Malik is the fastest, how fast it's that in terms of a 40 time? I hope Kamar is faster than Hurd, because after Peaeson and Smith got hurt last season, it really looked like the offense lacked break away speed. And then UT played Kentucky and looked like the fastest team in the nation!

Hurd had a laser timed 4.37.

But yes, I think AK its probably quicker and more elusive

You didn't state it like you knew. It's alright that I had to teach you football.

Didn't we add two track guys as perferred walkings this summer? I think they were from MUS and MBA. Surely they will be in the discussion.

Wait, you guys are saying that our kicker isn't the fastest on the team anymore? I don't even know if I can watch any games knowing this.

Straight line 40? Moseley, Martin, Foreman are likely fastest on the team. Second tier would probably be Kamara, Sutton, and Ev. Berry.

I ran track in high school with Malik Foreman. He ran a laser timed 10.6 second 100 meter at a meet his senior year. Fastest human I've ever seen with my own eyes. Someone might get him in the forty but he's the fastest on a track no doubt.

not sure why he does not get on the field more - maybe it is a strength issue

also, Kamara and Berry are in the next group after Foreman and Mosely.

Okay people it's trivial I know but for future reference. Moseley is fast. Mosely is not.

Kamar and Peaeson are not on our roster.
