Happy Birthday to an old friend that I haven't heard from in over 14 months. Miss them something awful but I wasn't the favorite. I'll miss you forever.

Pretty good day today. Got out at daylight and sent two coyotes home to meet the lord. Rode the four wheeler in the mud and just finished a fat ribeye. Nap time now.

Were they true Coyotes? Or, were they Coywolves/Woyotes?

From the Great Lakes to the Northeast and in the Southeast, remnant wolf populations have been interbreeding with coyotes. The resulting hybrids are more successful in areas populated by humans, even large metro areas.

I had heard they had released wolves in parts of the southeast (including Georgia), to try and control coyotes.

Remnant populations of Eastern Gray Wolves and Red Wolves show some hybridization with Coyotes. Though Western Gray Wolves are capable of hybridization with Coyotes, this has only been proven via lab-assisted conception amid captive animals. Western Gray Wolves are pure wolf and will view Coyotes as competitors for food in their territories, driving them off or killing them. If wolves are being reintroduced into the Southeast, likely, they're Western Gray Wolves.

He doesn't live far from me. He could tell them an angry guy from Volnation attacked his home, and use my "things I'm mad about" thread as evidence.

And then the guy beat up his family at Waffle House. Then he was walking home drunk and got run over by a sober family in a minivan.
