I highly doubt most adults suspend logic always for entertainment including movies and comic books.
Chris Stuckman, the Smeghead, good bad flicks, and multiple others have pointed out flaws in terrible movies or good bad movies including bullcrap for scenes not plausible or believable.
Just because something is fiction it doesn't mean nothing requires logical explanations, and everything can be explained and accepted with suspension of disbelief.


Scenes in movies have been criticized as not being plausible or believable in movies calling bullcrap.
Dc comics provided a logical explanation for why persons don't recognize Clark Kent is Superman. He has a device on his glasses so he can alter persons vision of him. So if he wants them to see him as a scrawny man with a Harvard cut that's what they'll see.
No doubt they recognized it's not believable at all that vast persons of average intelligence or above average intelligence would never recognize Clark Kent is Superman with the worst disguise ever.
Also workers at dc comics were getting tired of Lois Lane not finding out Clark Kent is Superman and saying you can't work at the daily planet and be stupid.
So she would finally find out.

Persons have criticized a scene in the 1st Twilight movie as bullcrap that Edward during the afternoon stops a car in a high school parking lot to and no 1 sees that.
In the movie Crocodile 2 a 2002 movie bank robbers easily transport money along with guns onto a airplane. Pretty unbelievable as that's not far after 9/11 and the metal detectors didn't detect the guns they are carrying yep that's unbelievable or utterly not believable.

what is DC's excuse as to why their hero's aren't recognized?

and I always thought there was some plot by a super that removed images or something. made them fuzzy.

Forget being recognized. Why, if superman has X-ray vision, does he have to pull his glasses down to see through stuff? Can he not see through glass?

I would guess the hacker Oracle aka Batgirl hacks into computers so any attempts for a match in a database are prevented or stopped.

I'm amazed if anyone seriously says The Shadow is a ripoff of Batman.
The Shadow debuted before Batman, and in a crossover Batman and The Shadow it has Batman straight forward that The Shadow was 1 of his main inspirations.

These 2 irrefutable facts show a undeniable truth that Batman borrowed or inspired from the Shadow.
Again borrowed because Batman is still a unique character.


If a character has way to much same traits of a existing character that is a rip off. It utterly astounds me persons won't accept that inspired by and ripping off are 2 different things.
Fighting American is way to damn similar to Captain America this includes the shield and costume, origin, occupation, etc. The creator was threatned to be sued by Marvel not a surprise at all.

I bought my wife one of those plug-into-the-power-outlet tire inflator thingies. If she has a slow leak, it will get her a place to arrange repair. If she shreds a tire, it will inflate the temp mini spare to proper psi (she never checks the air in her spare).
