Since 2014 The FBI has the same kind of facial recognition technology that was shown in the blockbuster movie Minority Report.

That raises the question since likely dc comics is set in present time, and marvel comics are set in present time how have the FBI and other persons not discovered the secret identies of Cyclops, Gambit, Nightwing, Falcon, and other super heroes that have very exposed faces with facial recognition technology avaliable?
Highly unlikely in the vast technology era including cameras that no person or company has a high quality pictures of their faces which they could send to the FBI.

I never understood why someone would explain the birds are territorial as the explanation for why the birds are mercilessly attacking humans in the terrific movie The Birds.
There is no explanation shown in the movie which fear of the unknown makes it all the more terrifying and is the exact intention.

I've been saying this for years.

It's because they're comic books. Ya know, not real.

Do you accept because movies are fiction then any science inaccuracies is acceptable and shouldn't be criticized?

Just because it's fiction it doesn't mean these kind of questions shouldn't be answered including when marvel comics are set in present time in real world cities.

I (and virtually every other adult) suspend logic for the sake of entertainment when it comes to comic books and the movies made from them.

Likely no employee has brought this up that works for Marvel comics so they never provided a logical explanation which no doubt they can, and it wouldn't be the lameass it's fiction suspend your disbelief.

Dc comics provided a logical explanation for why persons don't recognize with the worst disguise that Clark Kent is Superman so Marvel has no excuse if they can't provide a logical explanation for why super heroes with very exposed faces including Cyclop, Gambit, Falcon, etc aren't having their secret identies discovered with facial recognition technology.

I highly doubt most adults suspend logic always for entertainment including movies and comic books.
Chris Stuckman, the Smeghead, good bad flicks, and multiple others have pointed out flaws in terrible movies or good bad movies including bullcrap for scenes not plausible or believable.
Just because something is fiction it doesn't mean nothing requires logical explanations, and everything can be explained and accepted with suspension of disbelief.

Scenes in movies have been criticized as not being plausible or believable in movies calling bullcrap.
Dc comics provided a logical explanation for why persons don't recognize Clark Kent is Superman. He has a device on his glasses so he can alter persons vision of him. So if he wants them to see him as a scrawny man with a Harvard cut that's what they'll see.
No doubt they recognized it's not believable at all that vast persons of average intelligence or above average intelligence would never recognize Clark Kent is Superman with the worst disguise ever.
Also workers at dc comics were getting tired of Lois Lane not finding out Clark Kent is Superman and saying you can't work at the daily planet and be stupid.
So she would finally find out.

Persons have criticized a scene in the 1st Twilight movie as bullcrap that Edward during the afternoon stops a car in a high school parking lot to and no 1 sees that.
In the movie Crocodile 2 a 2002 movie bank robbers easily transport money along with guns onto a airplane. Pretty unbelievable as that's not far after 9/11 and the metal detectors didn't detect the guns they are carrying yep that's unbelievable or utterly not believable.

I don't know. I assume that they are just dumb.

Stubborn persons that can't accept that some movies don't have logical explanations or any explanations shown in the movies. The unknown is 1 of the worst kinds fear humans have and The Birds is the unknown as it's unknown why exactly the birds are intentionally attacking and killing the humans.
Not the 1st time a movie hasn't provided or shown a logical explanation, and won't be the last.

The brillance of the movie Halloween the original John Carpenter movie also has no explanation for why exactly Michael Myers as kid murders his family.

The skydiving scenes from Point Break were utterly ludicrous. The first depicted ~4 minutes in freefall, with the participants speaking to each other. Exiting at the highest elevation above sea level w/o supplemental oxygen (~15,500 ft ASL), one has at best 70 seconds to deploy a good canopy, or it's "meat waffle." The roaring wind noise in freefall (~120 mph in belly-to-the-earth position) does not allow for conversation. Skydivers use hand signals.

The latter scene had Bodie ordering the pilot to climb to 5000 ft for exit. At 5000 ft above ground level, one has a ~10-12 seconds to safely deploy the parachute and a max of 30 seconds before "meat waffle." The scene lasted 10 times that.

Do you still sky dive?

And even more ridiculous is the inaccuracies of physics in most all Fast and the Furious movies.
The Bus jumping 50 feet in the movie Speed. This is a huge scientific error because it couldn't do that even if it traveled as fast as 70 mph.
Not surprised it was busted on Mythbusters.

Movie: Die Another Day
A person to change their race is done with a bone marrow transplant from another person.
That won't result in changing the race of a person. That may be 1 of the greatest scientific inaccuracies in a movie.
This and multiple other problems it's no mystery why this abomination is undeniably the worst 007 movie, and 1 of the worst movies including 1 of the greatest scientific inaccurate movie.

Damn that is so damn ridiculous it's utterly laughable because of how damn wrong it is. Moonraker another 007 movie is a more scientifically sound movie and that is saying a lot.
