A friend was using Tylenol PM daily as a sleep aid rather than pain relief. It started to give him problems. I think he switched to Benedryl. I've heard that it will help you remain asleep, but it isn't as good of a sleep.

You might want to check with a pro or WebMD.com on the Tylenol... I'm just repeating what I've heard. I personally try to avoid all meds if possible.

I tried Benadryl two nights this week for allergies. I was until 11 am or later getting over the groggy hangover.

I walked down it, the turn banks are about 18' high. It's impressive on TV but holy crap it doesn't do it justice

I would have loved to have flew down that when I was a young teen. I'd puss out now at 53. Lol

I'm not sure, but my wife has been gripng at me, and saying it may be adding to my reflux issues cause of something she read. I've quit using it now.

Had an impacted wisdom tooth ripped out today, good news is doc said the others will never present a problem.
