Reading brief bios etc still gives me no ties between him and Norway. Maybe he requested it for some reason.

Preferably my ashes end up on the northern plains or in Windhoek.

He doesn't have any ties. His wife alleged that she had ancestral ties to Norway. He wanted to be buried in Forrest Lawn.

Sad how that **** happens sometimes. I remember his last few laps were a sad affair, really f'ed up cast of characters he managed to have around.
