Recruiting forum has gotten just as bad. Started a serious thread(not a troll job), titled it "The Pessimist Thread" so it would be clear I wasn't pumping sunshine. Stated in my OP that you could use the ignore function if you didn't like the topic. I was hoping to have a serious conversation. Of course all of the blind faithful felt the need to attack. Amazing to me how the people have learned absolutely nothing about going all in on a coach that has not proven he can/will get the job done yet. I actually like CBJ, but that doesn't mean he's going to succeed.

I know. I haven't formed an opinion of him yet. I'm just tired of the excuses...youth, no experience on both sides of the ball yada, yada and more yada. It's been going on for 6 years now. We have scored 2 5* recruits and there really aren't that many around if you look. But, we've ended up with only a few 4*'s and a buttload of 3*'s.

Agree with the tired of excuses. I want results. As for the recruiting class, there are a couple of headscratchers IMO when you have better players out there still uncommitted with UT on their list. Honestly makes me question if the staff knows they will not land these bigger fish.

IMO, there are no commits until they commit on signing day. That's about 7 months off. When the ink goes on the paper, I'll have a better handle of what's going on. To me, right now it's all fluff and pipe dreams.

It was going on a bit when I was there. Probably not to the same degree as it is now. Cops didn't care what else you were doing. They were to busy looking for heroin.

Its sad, theyve cleaned up a bit, but that just scatters the problem. Now there's junkie camps scattered around the quiet corner.

Just like when they bulldozed the projects in Middletown, it cleaned up that area and scattered all the hood rats throughout the city instead.
