keep it up cwil, I graduated a few years ago and it took me 7 months to find a job, over 1000 applications sent out. not sure where you are based but atlanta is booming right now.

Freak accident in football. Went for a tackle and broke 4 vertebrae at the L4 and L5 levels.

So, why did the school not pay for fixing it? Seems like some insurance would take care of it. Just thinking you need to get that back fixed as soon as possible 'cause it ain't gonna fix itself.

I think he did have a similar injury. Wrong football, though.
Have you tried seeing a faith healer?
They all say "You need a spinal fusion."

I didn't realize until after I sat down for a while that I couldn't walk. I just got some friends to help me to my mom's car and went to the hospital. Insurance would probably cover the surgery, and I want it done, but doctors are hesitant to do it because "I'm so young." I would have been able to get a simple surgery where they hook the L5 vertebrae to the L4 ones, but since L4 are broken as well, it would have to be a full fusion.

See another doctor for a second opinion and do it before the time runs out. The school or their insurance are responsible. You might need to get an attorney involved. If the doc's still say you're too young you need to ask them when you'll be old enough and then have an attorney contact the school/insurance company to sign a form of responsibility for that time.
