I'm good, thanks. Better than last night. Chilling at work, just found out I have to go thru testing training tomorrow after school which means I'm ****ed.

In my quest to find and befriend all the mods, I've found Freak and 15 mods. Freak and five mods have accepted. Ten mods are leaving me hanging.

Freak, you never told me how many mods there are. How many am I missing?

well it comes down to the washer and dryer
They asked for a lot of stuff to convey

Rainbow play system
Cabrio Washer and Dryer
Toro 50 inch ZTR mower
Bosch Refrigerator



I've never had a potential buyer ask for so much (8th house sale)

I thought the kids would balk at the play system, but she told them they could have a trampoline, at their new house. So they were ok with leaving it. There close to outgrowing it anyway.

So we countered with a concession on the price, and everything but the Washer and Dryer

They still want the washer and dryer, and I haven't been able to get in touch with the ex, to see if she's willing to throw them in

Surely she will, so we can get the deal done

Freak, Ga, Milo, Bill, Volly, and Z have accepted.

So far, PJ has not accepted, but to be fair, he probably thinks it's a trick. It's actually a product of being out of work sick and incredibly bored. When I started, my friend list was in the single digits, so I started sending out friend requests to zoners and mods. Now, I'm in the 20's.

PJ doesn't accept friend requests, he thinks it's a ploy by basic members to buy out all the Clark bars from the snack machine in the moderator's lounge.
