Butch is a robot coach, he creates a game plan and he sticks to it with full confidence. Problem being, football games are fluid. Not adjusting consistently leads to the mess we're in. I think it's over, they're likely on the verge of a staff mutiny, and the players are going to be indifferent.

Make the move before the recruiting dies and the talent cycles off the roster.
