The tagalongs have Peanut Butter

Never could eat cottage cheese (it looks too gross) but I do like pickled beets.

It does look gross, I'll give you that. My favorite way to have it (and it has to be Mayfields) is with diced tomato out of a garden, and salt and pepper. I could live on that!

Do pickled beets taste like dirt? That's why I don't like beets. They taste like dirt.

Now I understand the kid that likes lima beans .... it has a momma that knows how dirt taste.

The only way a person can know how dirt taste is by eating it themselves soooooo... ha ha

PS/ I do like pickled beets, good to lower your cholesterol

We played outside when I was kid. There weren't many neighborhood girls, only boys. So bikes, go carts, baseball, tag....yeah, I ate a lot of dirt.

Yur granmaw said they had curdled milk, and soured milk, and they was happy to git it.

At least that's what mine tried to tell me when she wanted me to drink buttermilk. Not doin' it.

As a little kid me and my cousin found a few crates of expired chocolate milk my grandpa got from the school to give his pigs.

30 years after the fact I still cringe thinking of the taste.
