It's a single handle Delta 1400 series that should have a universal valve. buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut mine was narrower for the 2 inlet lines than the replacement part. That was after going to Lowe's 2x and HD 1x. Need to go to a plumbing supply shop.

My house is old, with lots of oddball sizes that you can't get at the big boxes. Just piece it together with a fernco and caulk and torque the **** out of it.

That's the other thing that chaps me....house (and faucet) is only 7 yrs old. Go to Lowe's first, they are out of the replacement part. Worker tells me he hates that they were out cuz he sells a bunch of them and at a decent price.

This place not huge but have two great units pumping. Downstairs great, hardwood floors, upstairs carpeted cold as fawk. I know the heats supposed to rise. It's got to a bad thermostat. Don't care about the bill but this thing gets like a morgue at 5 am.

That's set at 73 max. Some dumb fawk told me to replace units that aren't old. **** is overworking
