Definitely, and the grudenites will probably lead the charge. Hopefully the AD has more patience, by year 3 people will be very pleased I think.

I like when you visit, Freak. It gives the zone some legitimacy. Besides, I have it on good authority you're a cool dude.

Recruiting plays a very big part in winning in the SEC and I think we can all agree he's done that very well. I'm optimistic so far, but will still play wait-and-see to make sure he knows we aren't allowed 12 players on the field. :)

I'm honestly a little concerned about the pace Butch wants to play on offense. I think it puts a lot of pressure on our defense if we can't move the ball. And depth isn't our strong suit at this point.

I think it was Malzahn at Auburn, Chizick made him run clock for so many plays or until he got a first down. I think he had similar concerns. Not implying Chizick is a good coach, but rather the strain an up-tempo offense can put on a defense is something to think about.

Thats why I think year 3, will be the year for us too make a move. Now 75% of the fanbase won't understand or go for that, but it is what it is. Hopefully it's sooner, but I'm not betting on it. Oh lawd he better know how too count. Lol

The program needs stability. Butch would have to really screw things up in an ultra-Dooley-esque kind of way to get fired in less than four years.
