I need to go into the Political Consulting business. There's a guy in state who pulls $5,000/month just from one person. And he has numerous clients.

I live in Midland, TX. I'm betting that our cost of living is higher than Lubbock. You're gonna spend the first 3+ years going to courthouses and learning how to run oil & gas title. You're going to be an independent contractor to start (don't work, don't get paid). So figure that you're going to work 250 days in a year: 250 x $300 = $75,000/year to start. All expenses are paid by broker. You're going to pay taxes on roughly 70% of the gross pay. Let me know...
