Would not surprise me one bit. I was always amazed that it had as much traffic as it does. Prolly due mainly to ski tourism.

Should've clarified. That's what I meant by never riding again. I rode from DC to NYC, and all they had were bomb squad dogs. No checkpoints, no screening of bags or anything like that.

I rode from Richmond to NYC the december after 9/11. Penn station was crazy. military with m16's everywhere. never seen anything like that
