Sweet. I've contemplated making a move like that but to get big bucks I'd have to move states. I'm 5 mins from the casa now and close to my kids school and well paid so I keep saying fook it. You said you were 50's so it sounds like a good time to make the jump.

so I stop at Petco to pick up some gecko food for the boy's lizard. Clerk tells me I just missed a huge fiasco.

Apparently some dude brings his 2 huge huskies to the store. But he lets them crap out front on the sidewalk. The clerk ask him if he is going to clean it up. So the dude comes inside the store and goes total ape shyt telling him he's a loser and won't amount to anything. Manager gets called up front and they almost called the cops. Guy was wigging out. Other customers in line were all like WTF.

She went for a higher salary. She'll pay it off herself. They offered to pay off her school for about 20K less. I told her F that, just pay it off yourself. IMO, start off high as you can. Makes for good bargaining if you go for another job.
