My Uncle lives in Prestonwood in Cary NC and they can dictate your interior wall colors, blinds, patio furniture, etc. One guy said screw them over some patio furniture so they slapped a lien on him, oops.

That is why I live in the country. My house, my rules beeches.

Our hoa doesn't dictate what color your walls are. You can have whatever patio furniture you want as long as it stays on your patio. I took this over with their budget as messed up as could be and turned things around for these fine people. Also the landscaping is taken care of for everyone. I run a HOA not a HOE.

I am the president, vice president, so on and so on for my HOA. Considering there isn't another house for miles.

Sad the kid died, but I find it hard to believe he was an angel. Just don't think it's necessary to make a martyr out of him to cause more of a racial divide.

Personally, I feel Zimmerman should have been convicted on some degree of manslaughter. He initiated the entire thing when he stepped out of his vehicle. But that's beside the point. Rioting over the verdict is ludicrous. How idiotic to think it's okay for you to break the law because you feel a verdict in another state was unjust. And why does everything always have to be about race? It's a shame that MLK's teachings have been forgotten.

No...criteria for manslaughter was not met. Following someone in your neighborhood is also not against the law.

I purposely didn't read or watch any of the details of that trial. I also don't twitter or Facebook. I am at ease.

The newb I "befriended" after seeing he poked around my profile accepted. It's superglide09. Should I ask them out now? I'm new to this.
