The inventor of air conditioning. BOW TO YOUR GOD.

I can't see how this could ever be true.

You misinterpreted.

If I lived elsewhere, I could make more money, enough to send her to private school. I think very little of her mother's parenting skills. Once a kid hits school age, the quality of the school she attends has a lot to do with how they turn out, as they spend most of their day at school. If I could then keep her during the summers, I have limited her exposure to her mother as much as I can.

The great state of Tennessee likes to **** fathers, regardless of the situation.

Since yesterday was national no bra day, I am trying to convince my wife that tomorrow is national BJ day.

She will need more from you than tuition and 60 days a year. Your presence and availability will be far more valuable to her in the long run, IMO.

I don't disagree with you. However, Tennessee makes custody disagreements very difficult for fathers. If I had my way I'd have full custody of her, but the only way that will ever happen is if she goes to a judge when she's older and says "I want to live with Dad" AND then the judge decides to grant her request. The judge isn't obligated to do so.

Moral of the story: Don't marry and then knock up dumb *****es.

Sounds like a sh!tty situation. I hope it improves. Thanks for being candid and recognizing my sincerity.

Just saw the posts about your kid Voxx. Best of luck. If it were me I'd wanna be close by so if for no other reason I can see all her events. Since those have nothing to do with what visitation days are etc but as with many things in life there are lots of variables. Also the older the kid the more the special activities that open up chances for extra visits. Guy at work gets a ton of "extra" time by being the one that takes off for school closures, field days, awards days, games, etc. If she's as bad as you say you'll get lots of those chances because she won't care.

Also consult with someone if you'd even have the ability to dictate schools. More income = more child support and not necessarily slated for a set school. I don't know much about that type of thing but if she wanted to get more from you and keep her in public school I don't see how a court could force her too since public school isn't deemed some sort of punishment etc. Especially if you are residing outside the state.

You say she's bad, cover all angles.
