That occurs at 99.99999999999% of murder trials! The prosecution was horrible at proving their case. After Casey Anthony and that one dood that shot a guy for boning his wife. He later treated her to Waffle House . Fla is Fawked up.

I think they could've gotten him on manslaughter if they had gone with that initially. But agreed, FL is eff'ed up
