Random thought

Why are there never any good serial killers? If you're gonna kill people, why not pick criminals as your targets? You're getting to do what you want while doing a public service. It's like the Punisher.

Also they could use the sex offenders list to take out pedos.


And to the NSA, I can guarantee I am not, nor do I have any plans to become, a serial killer. So please don't show up knocking on my door because you have illegally been monitoring me.
