got a pretty good rain last night. Guess I will have to relax today instead of work in the yard.

I had just finished refurbish my chest of drawers from my nursery. Sanded, primed, sanded, painted, sanded, painted and was letting it dry enough to move it back inside. About 30' later I went out to check and apparently it had started raining at some point, the water was literally standing on the top and I had pulled and painted all the drawers and they were the same way. Bout made me ill.

Rub it down in rubbing alcohol Kat. It works for drink rings etc. Helps suck the water out of the wood. Cereal.

got my leg quarters in an orange/lemon/kosher salt brine and already assassinated another armadillo this morning. When are they gonna learn.

gonna cook them on the egg, gonna use the plate setter so they wont be over direct heat so i guess you can say I am gonna smoke them.

Put the quarters in a brine early this morning, gonna throw them on around 2 and cook them until they are 170 degrees at the joint. Also gonna throw together a pasta salad and cook some fried green tomatoes. Gonna have it ready for the wife when she gets home from a baby shower, then we gone make sweet love for a few minutes.
