as a volunteer football coach I not only donate my time, but have to go get cones, flags, a football and find my own practice field for this particular league. wtf does the $120 fee go to? I asked the director during the coaches meeting and he got pissed. Then I asked him if I needed to pool money to pay the teenage refs.
