I am not sure whether he had lack of initiative in going to class or if he was dumber than the average athlete. Many have debated both sides. But I definitely think one or both caused him to leave more so than chasing money. Again, just how I see it.

i do too, because they rarely work. But he made them work. It got to the point to where they didn't work I was surprised.

Exactly. I cringed anytime they were called because it take so long to develop. That kid made some massive gains on plays that would have been blown up if it was most anyone else.
