I don't know if the meat will be from a male or female. I ordered a sampler pack from the website I posted last night. I ordered kangaroo, buffalo, yak, and alligator.

I don't know about the rest of it, but that bison meat was way overpriced for some reason. Organic ground bison meet here is about $4/pound.
