You can get bison at Kroger. 1 batch will serve 3 big burgers. Make them wider than normal as the bison will bulk up and shrink on the edges more than beef. Take some cavenders and make your patties with a ton of it. Cook to medium.

Not a better burger available.

It took 4 months to eat this bison. I had to buy a new standup freezer to put him in.The rib eyes could be cut with a fork and the burger was unbelievable. I need to kill another one just for the meat.

No. I was stupid enough to go into a partnership with another guy in the early 90's. We had a neat setup, problem was, there was never a market for the bug eyed ****ers. We ended up turning them into the wide. **** em.
