There are rumblings from Big Ten coaches, but most of them dont have the clout to do anything. Now Urb is bringing that game North, and it is just a matter of time before something will have to be done. Either a rule to combat it, or other coaches changing to combat it.

Mich St has already changed the way they recruit, how early they will offer, and how high they will reach. I think it will initially be a good thing for them, but I hope they dont get pushed into doing Saban type stuff just to try to make up ground. (Trusting that mDantonio is smarter than that)
