Dam Tennessee American Water and the city of Chattanooga conspiring to double my water bill. They can burn in a haids fire as well. Bastages.

I imagine the utilities are going up in Chatt because of the sewer rehabilitation. How do I know? Because city of Springfield is starting sewer rehab

It's my masters. I just have a 4.0 up to this point with 2 full classes n 3 halves of classes left so I gotta get my **** together. This week has been a lil crazy at work n being out of town n stuff.

Yeah, your exactly right Grizz. They don't want to admit that is what they are doing, but my water bill is the exact same as this new sewer fee. The thing that angers me is if I try and pay online the processing fee for the sewer bill ends up being a 1/4 of my actual fee.
