That sucks man. Hubs has dealt with it twice in the last 3 months. :/ Hopefully her bank gives all of the money back.

that sucks. My daughters SSN's were both used for Tax Returns already. And apparently someone tried to apply for a student loan with my oldest kids SSN.

It has really effed up my tax refund.

Good luck to yer mom. That freaking sucks. Bank should be able to handle it though. But it is a pain in the backside.

I was involved in an automobile scam in 95 without knowing it. I went to the bank to see about borrowing some money to build my house, when they ran my credit, it showed that I had bought 4 brand new Z-71's. I had just traded vehicles, so I called the dealership to see what the hell was going on. Turns out they used my name in their scam. Both guys who were running the scam are still in prison for it.

Was a great truck. You would pretty much wear it when driving, but I can only remember once when the truck didn't turn over when I thought I had killed it. It saved my ass a number of times.
