damn I am tired of this cold one day, hot the next. I am ready for some consistent weather. Tired of being cooped up in the house on my days off.

It's a travesty too. Cars used to have identity. The late 80s and 90s killed that with everyone mimicking the body styles of one another.

Cars, to me, lost their identity in the early 70's. Probably around 72-73. Motors were detuned for emissions. Body styles of the muscle cars suffered. I had a mid 70's Vette with a 327 in it. Due to the emissions and crap, the horsepower was dropped to around 170. Good looking car that wouldn't fall off a cliff.

Born in '87, so I gotta have at least something in my lifetime be a classic feel. Struggling to figure out one, but there has to be one out there somewhere. :)

I think you have to go back to the 60's for a classic. I would go as far as '72 on a few models. Anything after that is not or will never be a classic to me.

Unfortunately there is a lot if truth in that. I have two cars on my bucket list to own. I got the cliche 67 Shelby. My other one is a mid 60s VW Thing.

I would love to have a Thing in good condition. Only ones I've seen restored well were in California. I'd have to go with the 66 Shelby since that is the one I owned back in the day. I assumed you meant Mustang Cobra. Buddy of mine had the 66 Cobra-real Cobra.

Yep. This color style as well. Cliche, I know.
