My brother had the same issue, but his was in his ethmoid sinus. They pulled a big ball of infected shiz out his nostril. Yours could be the same deal.

My brother picked it up swimming in a lake. You have weird strains of bacteria in water. Some antibiotics don't work against some different strains.

I don't go in any water besides my shower and pool. I get sinus infections really bad. So much pollen and wonky weather down here.
