Just ate some boneless chicken breast, cooked on the skillet. That's about as healthy as the day is going to get.
 
I am thinking about some ribeyes for dinner, maybe some ying/yang potatoes.


Tellin ya. I dropped ribeyes for my flat iron. Marinate in worch sauce with Creole or cavenders in a big baggie. Grill to med rare to medium, thinly slice and serve. Cut it with a fork. Not one drop of wasted meet as all the marbling and fat is within the cut. Nothing escapes.

Nerd, racing season is just around the corner. How far are you from Bristol?

1.5 hours. Not going this year though. Went to both races last year. Tired of camping. Going to Charlotte for the Coca-Cola 600.


Waiting for F1 cars to launch in the the next few weeks.
 
they have plenty of beer. I only go to events that feature pro mods. I have a good friend who has 2 pro mods. I will get us some starting line passes and we can hang out at in his pits all weekend. The bikes dont run at Bristol.
 
Is this really happening? If you have a weak stomach, avert thine eyes...

I swear, cavenders would make siht taste better. That stuff rocks.
