I heard a story where Archie Manning came home for break when he was at Ole Miss and his father committed suicide just before he got home. Archie had to clean the mess up before the rest of the family got home

My brain has always told me that there's no way I could or would ever do that. No matter what. But, people get into a corner sometimes and can't find a way out. I knew a kid some 35 years ago. He was 18 had everything going for him. His Dad as a multi-millionaire in Knoxville. One afternoon, he went down to the old Polo fields by the Tennessee River, sat down and leaned up against a tree and put a shotgun in him mouth. No one knows why.

Yeah, Archie was about 19 when Buddy committed suicide.

Sup, brah! Just drinking a few. Stayed up with Lil' Tex to watch the Santa tracker and he read the night before Christmas. He did a great job. He's in 1st grade and reads in a 3rd/4th grade level. So much smarter than I was at that age. Better looking too!

Went over to my mom's tonight. My brother is here from Colorado Springs with his family and we watched It's a Wonderful Life. My mom is 96 and I don't think she's gonna be around for many more Christmasses. Errbody enjoy this time of year with the one's you love.

That is good you spent some time with her. Do you get to see your brother very often?
