No. One of the kids is the king. And u set it up by making them chose red or not red. The people wearing the decision he makes has to give up an m&m to the tax collector. Then the king can begin making his own taxes then discuss which were fair etc

That wasn't a ranking. That was a quick list. I don't rank candy bars. Its foolish. Different days, hormones, attitude, fluid intake and other factors are involved in the choice of a snack bar. Ranking makes no sense.
